Flexible ECA Probes for Smooth and Curved Surface Inspections
For NDT on smooth, convex, or concave surfaces, Eddyfi's flexible ECA probes allow you to reduce inspection time and improve flaw detection. They offer simple, “one-pass” inspections on pipes, nozzles, turbine blades, wheels, or any other smooth surface. Their proprietary flexible design allows them to conform to arbitrary convex and concave surfaces, where they can detect pitting,surface cracks, and discontinuities in any orientation.

Flexible ECA for Weld Inspections
For NDT on weld surfaces, ECA has become a hot topic. Eddyfi's flexible ECA probes allow you to complement UT inspection, reduce inspection time, and improve flaw detection. They offer simple, “one-pass” inspections of weld beads as well as transition and heat-affected zones. Their proprietary flexible design allows them to conform to weld surfaces, where they can detect surface cracks in any orientation. They can be customized to take into consideration weld material (ferritic or non-ferritic) and roughness as well as the various types of defects to be detected.

Dovetail-Shaped Spring-Loaded Probes
These probes offer one- or two-pass inspections of turbine wheel dovetails. The patent-pending design provides high and uniform sensitivity across all coils, virtually no lift-off, and high probe durability and lifespan. These probes are easy to manipulate and less operator-dependant.

Turbine Bore – Boresonic Inspection Probes
Boresonic probes combine UT or PA with eddy current array technology. This combination probe allows fast, efficient, and detailed one-pass turbine bore inspections.
