We are a fast-growing, international high-technology company offering high-performance Non-Destructive Testing solutions for the inspection of critical components, and we are currently looking for an Accounting Technician.

On a daily basis, we develop, produce and market non-destructive inspection devices: sensors, probes, robotic solutions, etc., along with necessary operating software. Our instruments have applications in a variety of industries, including the oil & gas, aerospace and nuclear industries.

Do you want to contribute to the accounting and administrative management of an organization working in a highly technological field? Eddyfi is looking for an Accounting Technician to join the Finance team.

Your daily life:

As an important resource to the team, you will be responsible for the complete management of customer invoicing for the Eddyfi Technologies Group, including invoices from a variety of manufacturing sites and countries. Your expertise will allow you to effectively solve problems and support the accounting team. Also, your analytical skills will certainly be put to good use in order to process numerous inter-company transactions.

In this role, you will have to:

  • Process customer invoicing for the Eddyfi Technologies group, including matching of delivery notes, coding and entry into the system;
  • Account for inter-company sales and purchases transactions via invoicing;
  • Send invoices to various customers;
  • Participate, to a lesser extent, in the collection effort;
  • Assist, as needed, your colleagues in the process relating to the processing of other accounting cycles;
  • Classify and archive documentation.

The profil sought:

  • You have a professional or college diploma in accounting;
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;
  • You are bilingual, you write and speak easily in French and English;
  • You master the Microsoft Office suite and mainly Excel;
  • You have knowledge of “Genius” ERP software (an asset);
  • You have an excellent ability to manage priorities and work under pressure;
  • You are rigorous and autonomous;
  • You like to touch everything and help your team!
