Eddyfi Technologies' Business Continuity Plan in Response to the COVID-19 Global Crisis

Eddyfi Technologies continues to closely monitor and respond to the global COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak. Our top priorities remain the health and wellbeing of the people who work for and with Eddyfi Technologies, as well as the satisfaction and support of our customers and partners. We are mobilizing our resources and technology to help the people affected by this difficult situation.

Our business continuity plan, coordinated by our key Management Team and Human Resources Team, has been activated. Our coverage is around the clock, with reporting to top executive leadership strongly enforced. Our teams are monitoring the situation, providing direction based on guidance and advice from recognized international health bodies, as well as local, municipal and governmental authorities.

Eddyfi Technologies has responded aggressively to minimize the impact to our operations, employees, and customers, while supporting any additional safeguards and precautions put in place to ensure safety and continuity. We remain confident in our ability to respond to these challenges and thank you for your understanding as we work through this situation.

Our business continuity plan includes the following measures to reduce the risk of virus transmission and ensure continuity of our activities:

Business Continuity

Business continuity plans are in place for all Eddyfi Technologies facilities and offices to ensure we meet the needs of our customers during this quickly evolving situation. Our focus is to ensure minimal disruptions to project execution.


  • All Eddyfi Technologies employees are banned from travelling abroad.
  • All employees who travel abroad on personal trips are required to self-quarantine for 14 days before returning to work.
  • All employees who can work remotely must do so.
  • Employees whose presence is required in any of our offices for circumstances necessary for proper functioning of operations must follow the preventive hygiene and social distancing measures.


Except for couriers or any company delivering equipment or materials necessary to our operations, all visitors are banned from visiting our offices. Regarding the receipt of goods, strict quarantine procedures are observed for all packages received at our offices.

Over the course of the next few days, we will be adding high-value content such as free e-learning courses so that our diverse clientele can take action in this period of social isolation and further their knowledge and expertise on key topics.
