We are a fast-growing, international high-technology company offering high-performance Non-Destructive Testing solutions for the inspection of critical components, and we are currently looking for a Sales Operations specialist.

On a daily basis, we develop, produce and market non-destructive inspection devices: sensors, probes, robotic solutions, etc., along with necessary operating software. Our instruments have applications in a variety of industries, including the oil & gas, aerospace and nuclear industries.

Your daily life at work:

The role of sales operations plays a vital role in the success of the sales organization by enabling the sales team to maintain sustainable growth. To do this, sales operations fulfill both strategic and tactical functions, linked as much to business intelligence, sales tools, various internal processes and data integrity. This position requires close collaboration with all members of the sales team, but also close collaboration with the marketing, operations and finance team.

In this role, you will have to :

  • Administer the Salesforce CRM tool, maximize its use and ensure consistency with all internal software. Monitor data integrity, monitor performance and deploy new features to optimize processes;
  • Ensure the optimization of the lead process and Eddyfi opportunities. Propose structural improvements to various processes in order to ensure the organized growth of the company;
  • Maintain and optimize the Power BI business intelligence platform for sales, finance and operations. Deploy new automated indicators and ensure data integrity;
  • Ensure the updating and maintenance of the price list in our sales tools (Power BI and Salesforce and ERP), and help in the management and creation of sales items;
  • Provide support and training to current and new team members, both on sales processes and on sales tools such as CRM and Power BI;
  • Maintain permanent contact with the sales team via email and chat on one-off activities, current promotions, contests, win of the week, training, and other sales-related topics;
  • Act as a resource person for the sales and internal sales support team;
  • Collaborate in the process of annual budget and setting of sales objectives;
  • Keep the guide to commercial practices up to date;
  • Ensure the welcome of new resources in the sales organization and the departures thereof.

The required profil :

  • Undergraduate degree in administration / marketing;
  • Scientific training may also be considered if the candidate has the desired practical experience with team management.

The skills sought :

  • Five years of relevant experience;
  • Trade mission experience (an asset)
  • Experience with a "CRM" (Salesforce.com an asset);
  • Bilingual orally and in writing;
  • Autonomy, organization, excellent management of priorities;
  • Sense of detail and developed analysis;
  • Ease of working in multitasking mode in a constantly changing environment.
