Ready for Automation

Whether you're integrating a robotic cell, production line, or custom inspection system, Ignite is designed to fit seamlessly into your workflow. Real-time communication with robots, PLCs, and peripheral equipment enables high-speed inspections without slowing production, while Magnifi Control provides the stability needed for continuous unattended operation.

  • Comprehensive digital I/Os with 10 inputs, 6 outputs, and 4 real-time alarms
  • Real-time filtering
  • Flaw signaling
  • Data recording
  • PLC integration
  • 24/7 unattended operation

Inspection Confidence on Demand

Ignite is the first ECA instrument to include System Performance Verification (SPV), allowing users to verify instrument performance in minutes directly on site. Simply connect the SPV tool, follow the guided workflow, and receive a timestamped pass/fail report. Run SPV as often as needed to confirm the system is performing as expected between formal calibrations.

Robotic ECA at Production Speed

Ignite helps transform inspection from a manual process into an automated workflow. Combined with modern robotic systems, it delivers the repeatability, precision, and throughput required for production environments. The result is faster inspections, more consistent results, and a scalable approach to quality assurance.

The Right Setup Every Time

QuickLink connectors store setup files, inspection procedures, and supporting documentation directly with the probe. Connect the probe and everything needed for the inspection is immediately available, reducing setup time and minimizing the risk of using the wrong procedure.

Existing Eddyfi ECA probes remain fully compatible with Ignite.

Open by Design

Your inspection data belongs to you. Ignite exports data in open formats, making it easy to integrate results into existing quality systems, digital twins, analytics platforms, and custom applications. For advanced integrations, a software development kit (SDK) and application programming interface (API) provide direct access to the instrument and its data.

Powerful ECA Made Easy

Magnifi Ignite was designed to help users become productive faster. A redesigned interface from the powerful Magnifi software places frequently used tools within easy reach, reducing training requirements and simplifying advanced ECA inspections. Built-in automation features such as one-button calibration, real-time filtering, and real-time flaw signaling help accelerate inspections while reducing manual effort.

Built for Continuous Operation

For automated environments, Magnifi Control provides a streamlined acquisition engine designed for reliable 24/7 operation. It communicates directly with PLCs and production systems, delivering the stability needed for unattended inspection workflows.
