Magnifi has powered ECA inspections for nearly two decades. Magnifi Ignite builds on that experience with a redesigned interface that makes advanced ECA inspection easier to learn and faster to run. Purpose-built for manual and semi-automated applications, it puts the tools you need within easy reach, helping both experienced inspectors and new users get up to speed quickly.

From guided setup creation and one-button calibration to real-time filtering and flaw signaling, Magnifi Ignite streamlines the inspection workflow while keeping the tools you need to interpret your results close at hand. It supports C-scans of up to 100 million pixels, allowing you to acquire and review extensive datasets without interrupting your workflow. And with QuickLink, setup files stored in compatible probe connectors can be retrieved directly in the software, so your procedures are ready when you need them.

Magnifi Control: Built for continuous automated inspection

When inspection becomes part of a production line, acquisition needs to run reliably around the clock. Magnifi Control is a streamlined, headless acquisition engine designed for unattended 24/7 operation. By focusing on acquisition rather than interactive inspection and analysis, it delivers the stability needed for long production cycles and continuous data collection.

Designed to communicate directly with PLCs and automated systems, Magnifi Control can start and stop acquisitions, load setups, trigger calibration sequences, save data, and respond to other commands through digital I/Os. Automatic instrument connection and command-line launching further reduce the need for operator intervention. Real-time processing, filtering, and flaw signaling allow detected indications to be communicated as they occur, supporting immediate responses within automated workflows.

The workflow is simple: build and optimize your inspection setup in Magnifi Ignite, then load it into Magnifi Control for production. Acquired data can then be readback in Magnifi Ignite, or be exported in open formats ready for external analysis, custom processing scripts, real-time 3D mapping, or integration into your own quality and production systems.
